2/21/24 PlyoJam, Strength and stretch
Today was 45 minutes of cardio, a shorter strength session (15 mins), then 30 or so stretching.
Blood sugar does not come down during exercise, it seems, but after, which Dr. Google says is normal... 🤷‍♀️ Mine seems to go up during sleep, which makes sense, I guess, cos I eat my main meal in the evening... maybe I should go for a walk after dinner or something to reduce that impact?

I took a day off from cardio on Sunday because my legs were wobbly and I was tired and I had to help with Thanksgiving stuff anyway
Yesterday I took a short walk, but was still feeling wobbly
Today? Exhausted. Still feel wobbly.
But I need to make my cardio quota. I have cardiac rehab tomorrow and they're gonna check in on my exercise tracker.
Can't someone else do cardio for me
